Revision Policy

The authorised number of revisions depends on the package you chose, and you may request as many changes as are specified in the package's specifics. We put a priority on giving our clients the greatest services possible, and we'll keep revising until your needs are satisfied. If the design concepts remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a new version of your logo. While every adjustment to a website's design will be given within 24 hours and every revision to a website's development will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (depending on the revision complexity). The turnaround time for revisions on illustrative logos (logos featuring an illustration element or an illustrated design) is 48 hours.

New Order Processing Time

Turnaround time is the period of time from when you provide your design concepts to your account area and when you make your package purchase. The turnaround time ranges from 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours for all orders for new logos. The turnaround time is at least 48 hours from order confirmation and full brief submission for packages with four or more logo concepts. Additionally, the minimum turnaround time for new website designs (home/index, including redesign designs), after order confirmation and complete brief submission, is 48 hours. Please be aware that the turnaround time for developing a static website with five to seven websites is three to five business days. For all Friday and/or Saturday orders, the delivery period begins on Monday. The first concept for your chosen illustrative logo (logos with an illustration element or an illustrated design) will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

Refund Procedure

logodesignwing.com is committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy. This allows you to refine your initial design brief at no extra charge through your account area.

If there is any duplicate charge due to processing errors, failure to meet your special design requirements, or if we are unable to complete your design order according to our delivery policy, we will refund the full amount of your design order.

If you are dissatisfied with any of the design services provided by logodesignwing.com, you may submit a refund request within five days of the initial design completion. If no refund request is received within this time frame, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the initial designs. For Special/Combo packages, refunds will be handled the same way as single packages.

Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • If a refund request is made before the initial concept delivery, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you are eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • If a refund request is made between 48 to 120 hours after the initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be processed after 120 hours from the initial design delivery. However, as we value customer satisfaction, we encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns.

Please note, if there is no response, feedback, or correspondence from the client/customer (except in cases of emergency, death, or prior notification) for 14 days, the associated project will be halted and the files will be archived. To resume the project, the client/customer will be required to pay a re-registration fee of $49.

Refund requests will not be considered in the following situations:

  • Change of mind.
  • Withdrawal or retraction of investment by an investor.
  • Business or shop closure.
  • Hiring external freelancers or designers.
  • Participation in logo tournaments or contests.
  • A firm insistence on copying designs, which may result in intellectual property rights issues.
  • Design creation based on the customer’s provided brief or instructions.
  • Failure of the customer to complete the provided form.

  • 4. You won't have any ownership rights to any designs supplied by Logo Design Wing after you've got your refund; instead, the information will be submitted to the Government Copyright Agencies for copyright acquisition in order to maintain legality.

Delivery Procedure

On the date indicated on the order confirmation, the entire order will be sent to the specified account, along with a confirmation email.

The turnaround time will depend on the package, with a minimum of two business days needed.

Maintenance of Records

Up to three months following project delivery, Logo Design Wing keeps track of final designs so that you can be given the identical file in the event of a lost order.

In the event that the client is late or doesn't respond for three months. No of how far along a project is or how long its deadline has passed, Logo Design Wing will label the account as dormant. The client must pay the penalty fee assessed to their account in order to restore their account and restart work on the project.
